THE PERSON THAT THREW THE FLAG AGAINST TRUMP IS BEING CHARGED

As IJR previously reported, anti-Trump protester Ryan Clayton was able to enter a press area and throw Russian flags at President Donald Trump while he walked to a planned Senate Republican lunch on Tuesday.
Clayton also cried “treason” in Trump. After he made himself understood, Clayton was instantly removed by Capitol Police. As he had been escorted, he started to shout to members of the media that the state ought to be talking about Trump’s “treason” rather than tax cuts.
In a media release, Capitol Police revealed Clayton was only charged with a misdemeanour:

Today, at approximately 1:38 p.m., the United States Capitol Police arrested an individual for protesting inside the U.S. Capitol. An adult male, identified as Ryan T. CLAYTON, 36, of Sterling, Virginia, was preliminarily charged with § 10–503.16, Unlawful conduct.
The incident continues to be under investigation.
If convicted on the unlawful conduct charge, Clayton could be sentenced to up to six months in prison and face a fine.
